At Georges Hobeika, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your selection is not a perfect fit, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all couture tags and security seals intact.

Log into your account or visit our 'Order Status' page to initiate a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original Maison Georges Hobeika packaging, ensuring the garment is protected, and include the printed return invoice inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid DHL or FedEx shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
